Information you choose to provide
If you request the Day-1 practice, the signup asks for your first name, email address and explicit consent to receive the resource and occasional reader emails. If you submit an inquiry after production routing is approved, the form may collect your name, email, organization, inquiry type and the details you provide.
Do not include sensitive personal, medical, financial or confidential information in an inquiry.
How information is used
- to deliver the resource you requested;
- to send occasional emails you consented to receive;
- to respond personally to a speaking, media, bulk-order or collaboration inquiry;
- to understand whether pages and calls to action are working.
Inquiry consent does not subscribe you to marketing email. No automatic inquiry reply is promised.
Email systems and service providers
The current reader signup is sent through a secured web endpoint used by Ryan’s reader-contact system. Inquiry forms use a same-origin WordPress endpoint that routes consented submissions to SAGE MarketOps Production in GoHighLevel, where the contact, inquiry note, assigned review task, internal notification and inquiry opportunity are stored. Inquiry submissions do not enroll the sender in marketing or trigger an automatic reply. Service providers may process information only to operate the signup, delivery and inquiry functions.
Analytics and campaign information
The site records first-party interaction events such as page views, format clicks, resource clicks, downloads and form starts. Campaign parameters in a page URL may be stored with those events. The site does not install invasive advertising pixels in this build.
Retailer and affiliate links
Links to retailers and recommended tools take you to another website. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies and may use cookies or other technologies. Some links are affiliate links; see the affiliate disclosure.
Your choices
You can download the Day-1 practice without subscribing. Every marketing email should include an unsubscribe route. You may also use the contact route to ask about access, correction or deletion of information associated with your email address.
Retention and security
Information should be retained only as long as needed for the purpose described, legal obligations and basic business records. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website or transmission method can promise absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not designed to collect information from children.
